I'm sure you've heard of keywords, but if you are new to online marketing you may not know much about them. Keywords are the topic of your business - affiliate marketing, silver jewelry, fishing lures, whatever your business is about.
Using keywords effectively is one of the most important things you can do to grow your business. When you use keywords in your articles, ads, blogs, website - anywhere you write, you greatly increase the chances of your article, ad, whatever you wrote coming up in the search engines when someone does a search on that term!
In everything you write, try to include the keyword or keyword phrase in the title. Also include it in the first sentence of your ad or article, and sprinkle it throughout with your keywords. Don't use the keywords so much that it sounds weird to your readers, but use them as much as possible. Also try to use the keywords in the closing sentence.
You will begin to see your articles, Craigslist ads, ebay auctions and blog come up when you do a Google or Yahoo! search on that term! Who said a website is the only way to go?
